Lednicke rybniky is a national natural reservation – a complex of six ponds (Nesyt, Hlohovecky, Prostredni, Mlynsky, Zamecky, Podzamecky). It is located in the middle of Lednice-Valtice complex. The complex is a work from the beginning of 15th century. Birds nest here and it is a “crossroads” and break point during their run. The area is on the list of the internationally important swamps from 1990. An 11 kilometres long educational track leads there with 8 stops along the ponds.
